Making a Donation to EMBDC
From time to time, especially following care of a loved one, people ask to make donations. We would like to take this opportunity to say thank you for these kind gifts. All donations received are used to fund a range of items such as additional amenities for patients and staff, equipment.
GOOD SAMARITAN FELLOWSHIP
Good Samaritan fellowship is a voluntary organization which is intended to support the functioning of Eldho Mor Baselious Dialysis Unit Each person in this group is expected to donate RS 1000 per month to help dialysis patients who are undergoing dialysis here. This amount will be spent for providing dialysis to the poor people. The centre has no fixed income to meet its running expense . It is functioning only with contribution of generous people from different area. We request your cooperation and support for this noble cause and invite you to join to this fellowship. You can furnish your information and details in the form given below.

YOU CAN SPECIFY EXACTLY HOW YOU WISH YOUR DONATION TO BE USED. FOR EXAMPLE:
- To purchase a particular equipment for Dialysis Centre
- To benefit patients.
- One Patient's Single Dialysis – 1000
- One Patient's Weekly Dialysis – 2000/3000 (Depends on Patient that you select)
- One Patient's Monthly Dialysis – 8000/12000 (Depends on Patient that you select)
- One Patient's Yearly Dialysis – 96,000/1, 44,000 ((Depends on Patient that you select)
- Dialysis Expenses of One day – 6000 (at Present)
HOW WILL MY DONATION BE USED?
If you do not specify the purpose of your donation it will be added to the General Fund for the benefit of patients and staff of Eldho Mor Baselious Dialysis Centre. Alternatively you can specify exactly how you wish the donation to be used as detailed above.
For the Past years, Eldho Mor Baselious Dialysis Centre have benefited from the
purchase of equipment and additional amenities, which were only made possible due to public generosity.
